- Keep LEFT to stay on ramp
- At Exit 328A, keep RIGHT to stay on ramp for .2 miles, toward US-202 / US-422 / West Chester / Pottstown / Sweedesford Rd
- Keep RIGHT to stay on Ramp for 0.7 miles toward US-422 / Pottstown / Swedesford Rd
- Keep LEFT to stay on Ramp for 0.3 miles
- Road name changes to US-422, stay on for 40.1 miles
- Exit RIGHT onto ramp toward US-422 / Lebanon
- Road name changes to US-222 [US-422] South for 3.2 miles
- Exit RIGHT onto SR-724 at Shillington / Sinking Spring
